Executive Remuneration Lead

We are seeking a seasoned executive remuneration specialist to join our team in a leadership role. As the Head of Remuneration, you will be responsible for influencing and guiding executive conversations with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencing executive conversations with ELT and Board members on strategic growth initiatives, including acquisition and organic growth;
  • Designing and delivering the execution and management of our Remuneration Framework;
  • Managing a small team to support the implementation of our Remuneration Framework;
  • Working strategically and operationally to improve our remuneration, performance, and benefits processes;

You will report directly to our Chief People Officer and work closely with our Executive Leadership Team and Board members. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's growth and success.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as an executive remuneration specialist, with a strong track record of success in fast-paced corporate environments;
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and advising skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Experience working with APRA-regulated remuneration and governance practices, including CPS 511 and FAR;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see the big picture;
