This role requires strong written communication and editorial skills to prepare, track, and progress executive documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is prepared, tracked, and progressed through established systems and processed within stated timeframes.
- Prepare reports as required with respect to quality, quantity, and timeliness of executive documentation.
- Monitor, coordinate, and quality check the preparation of all executive documentation on a wide range of health and ICT matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-level documentation processes.
- Track and report on executive documentation metrics.
- Collaborate with senior officers and eHealth Queensland staff to ensure smooth documentation workflows.
- Proven experience in managing high volumes of correspondence.
