Network Architect Specialist


Job Description:

  • Support the company's products and solutions by collaborating closely with a team of skilled engineers who serve as customer advocates, providing expertise and guidance to resolve intricate technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Address customer concerns related to product application, installation, operation, maintenance, or other matters.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications, recommending corrective action.
  • Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality initiatives and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A working knowledge of networking industry trends, products, and protocols.
  • A minimum of 3+ years' hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering network protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark (or similar packet generation and analysis tools).
  • A strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell / Cloud Environment/Automation is a plus.
