Network Security Expert

Sought after individual with a strong background in network security management to oversee the configuration and management of FortiGate UTM appliances, as well as other technologies such as Sophos UTM firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage FortiGate UTM appliances for maximum network security.

• Implement advanced threat protection measures and perform vulnerability assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network security solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop creative solutions to optimize network performance.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of network security to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in network security management.

• Strong understanding of FortiGate and Sophos technologies, as well as AWS Security Groups and NACLs.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
