Technical Solutions Expert

This is a highly skilled role that requires the ability to design, implement and support Unified Communications (UC) and Network technologies.

The Technical Solutions Expert will work closely with customer stakeholders, delivery teams and technical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Deliver end-to-end collaboration solutions including discovery, planning, low-level design, implementation and transition to production.
  • Provide technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing service improvement.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, disaster recovery plans and change management records.
  • Drive automation and efficiency through DevOps practices and scripting.
  • Operate within an ITIL-based service management framework.
  • Represent the company on customer premises, working in partnership to achieve shared goals.
