Job Description

  • In liaison with the Group Ethics and Compliance Director, develop and implement the Group's Ethics and Compliance program within the scope of responsibility.
  • Develop, initiate, maintain, and review local policies, procedures, and controls for the general operation of the Ethics and Compliance program.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the program and provide advice to management and employees.
  • Assist in risk management in terms of compliance.
  • Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and help develop the internal compliance training program.
  • Ensure the periodic reporting of Compliance activities.
  • Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.
  • Participate in the Export Control process in liaison with all units in Group QA, Risks, Compliance, Internal Control Department.

  • Strong understanding of ethics and compliance principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience in risk management and compliance.
  • Knowledge of export control regulations.
