**About the Role**

Easy Authoring is seeking a highly skilled Chief Governance Compliance Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance issues, including statutory requirements, Government policy, ethics, risk management, compliance, and governance best practice.
  • Promote effective governance by delivering training and learning resources to improve knowledge and assist managers and staff with ethical conduct and risk management.
  • Review and process internal reports, allegations, and related disclosures, including investigations, reviews, and assessments of public interest disclosures.
  • Maintain, analyse, record governance information, and data, and prepare management reports on compliance and fraud and corruption issues.
  • Undertake reviews, draft, and maintain ethics, compliance, risk management, and other governance policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of the enterprise risk management framework and internal audit function, including maintaining risk registers and providing advice on fraud and corruption risks.
  • Provide secretariat support, including preparing agendas, minutes, and coordinating and reviewing papers.
  • Support functional and administrative operations of other governance and compliance processes, as required.

**Essential Criteria**

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, industry certifications, or equivalent experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and investigations.
