About the Role

We are seeking a Debt Resolution Specialist to fill this key position. As a specialist in debt resolution, you will play a vital role in helping customers who require assistance with their accounts.

Your mission will be to effectively reduce bad debt while implementing customer-centric solutions to remediate delinquent accounts. You will ensure that all legislative and company policies are met, with a keen understanding of compliance requirements.

You will identify hardship triggers and offer assistance, thinking outside the box with what we may offer.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the most appropriate course of action for resolving delinquent or irregular accounts within set guidelines.

Day-to-day, you will assist customers over the phone with empathy and professionalism, providing them with the support they need to manage their accounts.

You will also perform administrative duties to support customers, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all actions taken, such as phone calls and correspondence, within our systems.
