Job Description:

We seek a meticulous and skilled Account Recovery Specialist to manage our organisation's financial health. The role involves actively pursuing overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position that requires effective communication and collaboration with customers, team members, and other departments to achieve successful account resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Monitor and maintain a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution of outstanding debts.
  • Negotiation: Work with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlement terms, achieving mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes regarding invoices, ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and customer service departments to establish strong relationships with customers.

  • Experience: Proven experience in collections, credit control, and customer services.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions to resolve collection issues.
