Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving outstanding accounts and supporting positive financial outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collecting outstanding debts in line with legislation and policies
  • Working with debtors to resolve accounts through payment plans or hardship assessments
  • Managing property recovery actions such as sale or transfer of land
  • Processing and reconciling legal and recovery-related fees
  • Responding to customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Proven ability to negotiate and resolve sensitive debtor issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with attention to detail when recording customer information
  • Experience in debt collection (preferable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines
