About the Role
  • You will work as part of a global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) team, working 24/7 on rotational shifts.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to tune the MSSP platform and client SIEM for efficient detection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor security tools to review and analyze security logs from client environments.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Generate continuous improvement ideas for supported security tools and technologies.
  3. Document best practices and update existing documentation as required.
  4. Identify opportunities for automation to enhance client and security delivery team experiences.
  5. Perform security incident handling and response across multiple vectors.
  6. Utilize advanced skills in LAN technologies, Windows and Linux OS's, and general security infrastructure.
  7. Maintain knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution.
  8. Support major incident management processes and escalations.
Requirements
  • Extended experience in SOC Analysis Operations.
  • SIEM usage for investigations.
  • Security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy.
  • Dealing with technical support to clients.
  • Handling security incidents end to end.
  • Configuring/managing security controls.
