About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Cyber Security Strategist to lead our cyber security team and drive our security strategy, operations, and innovation. As the head of cyber security, you will oversee and safeguard our security infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of cyber security professionals.
  • Develop and implement thorough strategies to protect our systems, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of security awareness.
  • Oversight of daily operations, including incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence and conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential threats.
  • Promote a culture of security awareness through effective training programs.
  • Plan and coordinate swift and effective responses to security incidents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in cyber security.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in cyber security principles, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NIST and SOCI.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
