About The Role

The successful candidate will oversee operations, assets, and capital works at Fed Square, driving strategy, managing property and tenancies, and ensuring outstanding cultural, commercial, and community outcomes.

  • Lead a diverse team across institutions, partners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Oversee property and tenancy management, contract oversight, asset and facilities management, and delivery of the annual capital works program.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to balance competing demands.
Requirements
  • Senior leadership experience in precinct or asset management, with expertise in operations, property, or asset management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, project, or facilities management are highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial and financial skills, backed by strategic thinking and a proven track record in delivery.

About You
