We are seeking a highly experienced performance manager to lead our global digital acquisition strategy. This role oversees the end-to-end digital funnel with a strong focus on paid advertising, analytics, and multi-market growth.
This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years' experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, and a strong grasp of digital advertising within these environments.
The position also owns the Performance Team, managing cross-channel campaigns and ensuring alignment with business goals across regulated regions.
- Lead campaign execution, optimization, and scaling with full-funnel ownership.
- Implement testing, bidding strategies, and optimization frameworks to increase ROI.
- Navigate and apply platform-specific compliance rules for forex/CFD/crypto across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and drive paid media strategy across key platforms.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to stringent platform compliance.
- Manage server-side tracking integration with backend systems.
- Own UTM tracking protocols and campaign attribution accuracy across platforms.
- Deliver strategic market recommendations based on regional data and insights.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 7+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record managing teams and digital budgets in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in early-stage fintech or startup environments.
