A global business is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a strategic advisor for contact center and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based technology and a proven track record of delivering compelling presentations and product demos.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts, managing relationships and driving adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Deliver key messages and value propositions to enable customer success and drive business growth.
  • Build customer skills and proficiency with cloud-based technologies.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional field teams in sales, solutions architecture, partner sales, and product development to maximize the value of customer investments.

This role requires a collaborative approach to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
