Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and adoption of our solutions.



About the Role

The Customer Experience Strategist will be responsible for managing complex customer relationships, developing account plans, and delivering compelling presentations to drive customer value.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to enable customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting with SaaS Contact Center and Customer Experience products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and enterprise software implementation best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of CCaaS products and industry trends.
