Job DescriptionAmazon is seeking an experienced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Specialist to drive customer success and adoption of Amazon Connect. As a strategic advisor, you will work closely with customers to innovate and optimize their contact center and customer experience through the adoption of Connect capabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional field teams in sales, solutions architecture, partner sales, product, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to understand the value proposition of Connect and uncover new areas of business value.
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and/or consulting with SaaS Contact Center and Customer Experience products.
A day in the life of this role involves creating a matrix environment with resources from our partner community, Professional Services, AWS account teams, and Connect service team members to drive customer success.
You will run attach service plays, customer engagements to drive adoption of migrating services, work with our partner community to scale and align key members of the services team for optimization and retention efforts.
This position is part of the Amazon Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP), which owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for technology domains and provides business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, and/or consulting with SaaS Contact Center and Customer Experience products.
- Business development, partner development, sales or alliance management experience.
- Experience driving technology initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering solutions.
- Six Sigma, PMP or SAFe certified or related experience.
- Expert knowledge of CCaaS products and industry trends.
