About the Role

As a Contact Center Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their banking inquiries.

The Job Description

  • Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols
  • Handle inbound calls and assist with general banking inquiries, including:
    • Providing account balances
    • Replacing debit and credit cards
    • Updating personal information
    • Resolving issues with online banking
    • Investigating transactions and disputes
    • Managing fraud inquiries
    • Logging complaints and capturing feedback
  • This role does not involve sales or upselling

Training and Rosters

You will receive 3-week classroom training, followed by on-the-job training. Flexible rosters are available, including school hours, split shifts, part-time and full-time options, and work-from-home opportunities (conditions apply).

Requirements

  • Candidate should have a genuine interest in banking or financial services
  • A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
