The Portfolio and Leasing Manager will lead a team of professionals responsible for managing property portfolios. This critical role involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice, leading through change, developing strategies, and managing projects.

This is an exciting time to join Homes Victoria as it delivers the Victorian Government's landmark social and affordable housing investment. As a Portfolio and Leasing Manager, you will execute leasing strategies and drive performance through leveraging relationships and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the full life cycle of projects to meet objectives
  • Evaluate tender bids and participate in negotiation processes
  • Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation to ensure objectives are met
  • Lead and support individuals to achieve their potential and contribute to organisational goals and outcomes
  • Model behaviours integral to good people management and departmental values
