Job Title: Product Portfolio Lead

Role Overview:

The Product Portfolio Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the product portfolio team to develop and execute strategic plans. This key position requires a strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor the product portfolio team to achieve sales excellence through enhanced selling skills.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure sales performance is met, tracked, and analyzed for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Operations, and Medical Track to align on business objectives.
  • Contribute to the Australian management team by actively participating in key meetings and decisions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen to analyze and report on monthly sales performance.
