Your key responsibilities as a Strata Portfolio Specialist will include:

  • Maintaining a property portfolio and building strong relationships with owners
  • Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings, providing advice as required
  • Maintaining governance of the Owners Corporation in line with the Owners Corporation Act
  • Interpreting legislation and assisting in the enforcement of by-laws
  • Maintaining insurance and coordinating repairs and maintenance, as well as building compliance requirements
  • Effectively completing tasks within the strata operations workflow
  • Utilizing systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation

You'll be an experienced customer service professional with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager. You'll hold a Certificate IV or A100, and possess strong written and verbal skills. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys negotiation and conflict management, and has experience in financial reports and budgets, we'd love to hear from you.
