Job Title: Senior Area Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Area Sales Leader to join our Professional Oral Health business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to sales teams
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the oral health industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
