Area Leader Opportunity

LORNA JANE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Leader to join our NSW State Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple stores, driving sales growth, and developing the skills of our Store Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 5-7 stores, providing guidance and support to Store Leaders to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the LORNA JANE philosophy and values to all team members.
  • Drive sales performance and customer service excellence across your region, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills and commercial acumen.
  • Lead by example, fostering a customer-first mindset and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to Store Leaders to address skill gaps and support their development.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and talent management process, identifying and attracting top talent to join our team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail multi-site management, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving operational performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
