About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, support and management of agencies.
The ideal candidate will have strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, Internet operation related experience, and business resources or MCN related experience is preferred.
This role demands excellent project management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects of varying timelines and scope with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement agency empowerment growth programs to scale up agencies' revenue potential.
Monitor performance metrics and identify actionable insights through agency segmentation, activeness, retention, and churn analysis.
Create and carry out in-app and out-of-app campaigns and initiatives designed for the recruitment and development of new and established broadcasters and agencies.
Build live showcases with successful agencies and facilitate industry knowledge transfer from top agencies to emerging agencies.
Partner with Data, Content and Event teams to understand problems, use insights and practical know-how to educate local agencies on how to scale.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, Internet operation related experience, and business resources or MCN related experience is preferred.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects of varying timelines and scope with minimal guidance.
Able to learn on the fly and is comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter and demonstrates ownership - able to work independently and possesses strong organisational and time management skills.
Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
