Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Channel Partners to join our Flow Division team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of Sulzer Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders to new and existing business partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure Sulzer remains competitive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pump product sales, with a strong understanding of Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
