**About the Role**:
Are you a real hunter looking for unlimited commission opportunity with a market leader? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business sales opportunities, to continue our growth and success. This role is an ideal opportunity for Business Development Executives at all levels to develop your skills and experience in an exciting and supportive environment.

Alsco has been established in Australia for over 50 years and is best known for our affiliation with the food & beverage industry, however, we sell products and services to 95% of businesses, so the opportunities are endless.

- Experience within a dynamic sales environment
- An absolute “hunter” mentality
- Proven track record of new business sales achievements
- An understanding of solution selling
- Sound knowledge of the sales process, including Cold Calling experience
- An ability to prepare, implement & maintain territory plans
- Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter attitude
- A team player mentality and capable of seeing the bigger picture
- A hunger to succeed
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM and reporting
- A strong personality displaying resilience, confidence and determination
