Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage electronic data bases for document repositories.
  • Assist with document creation and review processes, including uploading and downloading documents as required.
  • Monitor document status, supporting and following up with executive sponsors and nominated reviewers as needed.
  • Provide advice on document structure and assist with formatting, grammar and flow.
  • Train document reviewers using Forensicare templates and writing guides.

Requirements:

  • Technical competence in managing electronic databases.
  • Ability to write in a clear and concise manner, using plain English to produce documents easily understood by the intended audience.
  • High level communication skills.
  • Organisation and ability to work effectively to deadlines.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and/or urgency.
