We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Perth, who will be responsible for maintaining and growing our business through exceptional customer engagement and strategic partnership development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively at both operational and strategic levels, presenting to various stakeholders and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging relationships with existing customers and partners to drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and support to customers, addressing their requirements and delivering value-added solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions and driving competitive advantage
  • Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring timely reporting and analysis to inform business performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably within the OTR Tyre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in CRM software
