About the Opportunity


This exciting role presents a unique chance to join Arete Executive as an Account Manager, overseeing a well-established portfolio of over 100 accounts in the Perth Metro region.


As the go-to person for residential and industrial builders, you will have the opportunity to work on high-rise, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This is not a cold calling role; instead, you will nurture long-standing relationships and identify new opportunities at your discretion.


Supported by an experienced sales team and a dedicated customer service centre, you will hit the ground running and quickly become a key player in the company's growth strategy. Your ability to manage client needs, provide valuable market insights, and ensure high levels of service will be central to your success.


What You'll Achieve



  • Nurture long-standing relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and customer service centre to drive growth and deliver exceptional results
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and expansion

Your Background


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager who has a proven track record of success in managing and growing accounts in the construction sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience
