Located in Canning Vale, we are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our power generation business to the next level.

About Us

Access Hire is a leading supplier of hire equipment, including elevated work platforms and access equipment for both hire and sale. We are a specialist division of Access Group Australia, with a strong brand presence and reputation in the industry.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a very progressive and dynamic team within a secure and stable industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will lead and manage our newest fleet to ensure we meet the needs of our ever-expanding client base.

  • Building market share and developing new business through strategic relationships and outstanding customer service.
  • Managing all operational aspects within the business to ensure it is managed at a profitable level, ensuring that revenue, cost and profit targets are achieved.
  • Maximising utilisation of equipment in line with business expectations, improving sales productivity and culture.
  • Driving accountability within the business, ensuring our values are embedded at all levels.
  • Ensuring effective relationships are developed and maintained with regulatory authorities, external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner, driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior sales level in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Experience with the sales, service and hire of generators is essential.
  • Demonstrated operational and people leadership experience.
  • Financial capabilities, with sound literacy in spreadsheets and financial management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
