About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to management and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Partner with management to resolve disputes, performance issues, and other HR matters.
  • Design and deliver HR initiatives aligned with our People & Culture strategy, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Build close working relationships with departments, providing generalist HR support and advice.
  • Develop and facilitate learning and development programs for staff and management.
  • Manage and facilitate annual internal leadership development programs.
  • Facilitate reporting such as gender pay gap analysis, award reviews, and WGEA requirements.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify workforce trends and support managers in implementing solutions.
  • Support the annual remuneration and award review processes.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies to align with business needs.
  • Correspond with migration agents regarding employee relocation, visas, and sponsorship requirements.
  • Ensure WH&S policies reflect current legislative requirements and manage workplace injury and illness reporting.
  • Implement performance appraisal, job evaluation, and development tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience working in an HR advisory position in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks and projects.

  • A competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 - $130,000 per annum.
