This is a leadership position where you will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
- Lead forecasts, reporting, and analytics for the S&OP process.
- Oversee a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes accordingly.
You will have demonstrated expertise in a FMCG environment (5+ years) with business partnering experience on the commercial side (Sales & Marketing).
You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as your ability to influence operations will be crucial to your success.
You will be inquisitive, commercially minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
