About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Partner and Analyst to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to partner with our Fleet and Retail function, providing commercial and strategic financial support, analysis, planning, and reporting.

The successful candidate will manage the supply of timely, accurate, relevant, and value-added financial information to senior management within our organisation and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational financial reporting process for our business
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and ongoing operational analysis
  • Facilitate strategic financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
  • Develop financial performance measurement matrix/model
  • Identify and implement areas of financial improvement within relevant business areas

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A Business partner role
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP and TM1 experience desirable but not required
