Job Description

Randstad Senior Finance is partnering with a leading commercial real estate services firm to hire a Strategic Financial Partner for their Client Finance Team.

The role requires providing timely financial support to key client accounts by working closely with operational leaders and business units. The focus will be on ensuring monthly reporting, budgeting, and control processes meet high standards and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with key contract KPIs.
  • Present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Track initiatives, lead monthly accruals, prepayments, and P&L commentary.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation, aged item management, and financial query resolution.
  • Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
  • Partner with business streams to build property-level cost bases.
  • Identify risks, deliver variance analysis, and support decision-making.
  • Present outputs to stakeholders across facilities management, procurement, etc.
  • Maintain ownership of client finance-related controls.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Uphold compliance with internal SOX control standards.
  • Manage client P&Ls and contribute to monthly performance reviews.
  • Support the development of operating plans and finance initiatives.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance process and system efficiencies.
Relationship Management
  • Act as a finance partner to operational stakeholders including Facilities Managers and Portfolio Managers.
  • Deliver responsive and high-quality support tailored to client needs.
