As a key player in our organisation, you will drive strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions. Your role will be to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Partner with operational teams to achieve business goals through effective financial decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support business strategy.
  • Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Big 4 or Mid Tier experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.
  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
