About the Role

The Senior Business Development Specialist is a key member of our Marketing and Communications, Business Development team responsible for providing professional input into Arup's work winning activities across Australia and New Zealand.

  • They will lead and manage bids across designated areas, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Manage multiple tender processes of varying scale and complexity, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production.
  • Support business development decisions and analyse bid performance metrics.
  • Guide win strategies, collaborate with teams, and support client-facing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bidding, strong proofing and content development skills, excellent internal influencing and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
