Lead Guest Experience Manager
About This RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead and drive a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guest services, with experience in managing reservations, processing transactions, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the allocation and monitoring of reservations, ensuring seamless service during peak periods.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize seating times and optimize table allocations.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cash handling.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including management and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reservation systems, loyalty programs, and gift cards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in function booking and coordination.
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment is highly valued.
- Cash handling experience and a strong understanding of financial procedures.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
