**Job Title: Professional Guest Services Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced guest services professional to join our team as a Professional Guest Services Specialist.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing reception areas and meeting rooms, booking meetings, and facilitating diary management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a comparable client service or corporate environment, excellent communication skills, impeccable personal presentation, and exceptional time management and organizational skills.

They must also hold a current National Police Check and be able to obtain it if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a comparable client service or corporate environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar, and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Holds a current National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
