We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide luggage handling services, including delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms.
- Greet every guest and deliver personalized experiences every day.
- Valet park guest cars and maintain the cleanliness standards of the hotel driveway.
- Assist with other projects as requested by Shift Leaders and Managers during periods of high demand.
- Be organized, proactive, and enjoy working with the public and in a team environment.
- Maintain the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends, regular early morning and evening shifts, and occasional overnight shifts.
- Possess a valid manual driver's license.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate knowledge of manual handling procedures.
