Job Title: Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. As the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

You will represent property management in resolving any guest-related situations, lead Front Office teams, maintain Guest Services and Front Desk goals, ensure exceptional customer service, implement projects and policies, and support with rostering and training of the Front Office department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in daily hotel operations
  • Current WA RSA is essential for this role
  • Current drivers' license, manual preferred
  • Hospitality experience is necessary
  • Must be well-organized, efficient, and have excellent people skills
  • Leadership experience
