About the opportunity:
You will be a valued member of the commercial team at Holcim, with key responsibilities in commercial strategy, sales, and account management, driving performance and success of the commercial business.
Skill set and responsibilities for this role cover financial analysis, reporting, collaboration, product implementation, customer management, and credit management. You will maximize opportunities with existing and new clients; deliver agreed sales targets and business goals, and develop and maintain relationships with clients.
This role gives you the opportunity to learn and grow your skills as well as to work in a dynamic, experienced, and supportive team environment. As with the whole Holcim team, succeeding together and delivering exceptional results for our customers is the core of what we do.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you are someone who is committed and driven to achieve goals. You have the ability to think strategically and use information gained from internal and external sources to make the best decision to maximize the benefit for Holcim. You are also someone who can build strong relationships with clients and succeed in difficult negotiations while keeping a level-headed and positive attitude. Being organized and able to learn and work with computer systems will be critical to keeping your sales administration efficient.
Whilst experience in sales will be helpful, it is the candidate's core skills, values, and future potential that matter the most.
