Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our ICT support team on a permanent full-time basis. As a vital member of the team, your primary function will be to provide internal IT support across our extensive branch network in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide level 2 and 3 IT support to internal customers across multiple sites in Australia.
  • To possess strong technical skills and commitment to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • To work collaboratively with the ICT support team to deliver exceptional service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or computer science.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role providing level 2 and 3 IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and above, Linux Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Office365 and VMWare.
  • Exposure to VoIP telephony (Avaya), Microsoft 365 (Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Working knowledge of Print Servers and File Servers.
  • A knowledge of modern manufacturing application stacks i.e. Solidworks, AutoCAD etc.
  • Industry certification (Microsoft Server/Linux/VMware) an advantage.
