Milestone Information Technology is a forward-thinking organization that seeks to partner with talented developers. We are looking for experienced Senior Full-Stack Developers with expertise in both Node.js and React.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team on impactful projects within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional development experience in building scalable applications, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality web applications using Node.js for backend services and React for dynamic frontend interfaces.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and share best practices to maintain high standards of software development.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure that technical solutions align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Requirements
  • At least 7 years of professional development experience in building scalable applications, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
  • Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and No SQL databases like Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile development methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with modern Dev Ops practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless computing.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Milestone IT offers immediate starts, multiple positions available, and the opportunity to work with a leader in their industry.
