Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering timely and effective first level ICT Service Desk support services to school, preschool and corporate-based customers throughout the Department for Education, South Australia.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ICT service desk support services, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to operations.
- Utilise incident and request management processes to promptly resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate support teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT Service Delivery operations and maximise ICT support service provision.
- Apply best practice processes, including the ITIL framework, in combination with strong ICT technical and communication skills.
Key Qualifications
- Essential: Nil
- Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundations; A tertiary qualification in an ICT related discipline or equivalent experience
