We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Engineer to support cost control, scheduling, and monitoring functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project schedules, cost control, change management, and project management activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports, project documentation, and technical audits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Perform detailed cost analyses, develop cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • CPEng / RPEQ certification or eligibility to apply within 12 months of joining.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices will be beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project control and cost engineering roles.
