Cost Planning Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cost Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cost planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves supervising and coordinating a team of cost planners, implementing and monitoring cost planning activities, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sound understanding of cost planning principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cost planning activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost advice
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of cost planners to achieve project objectives
  • Implement and monitor cost planning activities to maintain compliance with organisational objectives
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related technical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in cost planning and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of cost planning principles and techniques
