This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers across the employment lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with business leaders as a trusted advisor and business partner.
- Support interpretation and adherence to applicable industrial instruments, policies, procedures, and processes, and best practice.
- Provide HR data and analytics to executives and management to inform decision making.
