As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development.
The Head of People & Culture position is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can contribute to our Integrated Business Planning process.
Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with outsourced providers in HR compliance, systems, recruitment, learning and development.
This dynamic role requires a high level of communication skills, negotiation and influence to deliver results across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development of our business strategy
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Deliver value-added advice and support to drive organisational success
We are seeking an experienced P&C professional who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a similar capacity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Alternatively, relevant industry experience and qualifications may be considered
