Senior Leadership Role Overview

This leadership position presents the opportunity to shape organisational capability, drive training excellence and influence outcomes that matter.

The successful candidate will lead people and training strategies across a partnership, providing strategic advice to senior leaders, overseeing HR operations & business partnering and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Act as a key partner to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on organisational design, workforce strategy and leadership capability to enable enterprise goals.
  • Partner with directors to align people and culture initiatives with business priorities, co-designing solutions that drive performance, engagement and operational excellence.
  • Lead the People & Culture strategy, ensuring it reflects organisational values, future workforce needs and enterprise growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a HR Business Partner function, strong experience delivering HR services and training in corporate and/or public sector settings, broad expertise across all HR functions including employee relations, change management, diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, organisational development and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive workforce capability, manage high-performing teams and ensure tailored training is developed and delivered for personnel.
  • Embed behavioural competencies across the employee lifecycle to build a consistent, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR delivery, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, succession and compliance.
