We are seeking a talented and motivated leader to join our People & Culture team as an Associate Director.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of complex projects that enhance our health and wellness services, while developing your career in strategic and operational people management capabilities.
As a key business partner to senior executives, you will provide high-level advice and support on strategies, risks, and issues to facilitate informed decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to support the growth and development of junior team members.
The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent experience, demonstrated partnering experience with executives, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
